All prices displayed on IslandCart.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order after notifying the customer.
4 Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be completed using the payment methods provided on the website. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
5 Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 Business Days across Sri Lanka. However this may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6 Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging where applicable.
7 Warranty
Products carrying a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty will be covered according to the respective warranty terms. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Customer must contact Islandcart support hotline for warranty related concerns.
