Return & Refund Policy
1 No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns on any purchased items. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.
2 Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are only accepted for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Exchange can be made for items of equal or higher value than the purchased item. We do not accept exchanges for products of lesser value.
3 Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted under certain conditions. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided in the form of store credits equivalent to the value of the cancelled item(s).
4 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only accept reports as such within 24 hours of completion of your order.
5 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on clearance sale items, items with no warranty mentioned, silicone cases/covers. All items with no warranty mentioned are final sale items. Exchanges/returns are not possible for said items.
